Just created this yummy super healthy breakfast bowl and loved it, so I felt like sharing it. Have fun and bon appétit!
Ingredients
- sprouted buckwheat
- one fresh apple
- cinnamon
- maca powder
- oat milk (or any other milk)
- pecans
- brazil nuts
- coconut flakes
- sunflower seeds
- sesame seeds
- flax seeds
- chia seeds
- poppy seeds
I let the buckwheat sprout for 3 days (soaking time was about 30 min).
Instruction
- Cut the apple into slices
- Grind the coconut flakes and all the seeds in a mixer or mortar
- Wash the sprouted buckwheat, drain it and pour it into a breakfast bowl
- Then add cinnamon, maca powder, a milk of your choice and your favorite nuts and
- Mix all together
- If you want to have a warm breakfast, you can of course heat it up a little
Buckwheat Sprouts
- contain 8 essential amino acids
- can lower blood sugar levels, due to the chiro-inositol it contains
- rich in rutin, a flavinoid and an antioxidant that is good for our cell walls, blood sugar and cholesterol levels
- lecithin (fat-like substance from the group of phospholipids, helper in fat metabolism, component of cell walls), is converted to acetylcholine, the most important neurotransmitter of the nervous system
