What can you expect from this Yoga Class?

We’ll go trough the Asana of Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series, practice until Half Primary Series including the Finishing Sequence. We will be analyzing the sequence, the breathing and breaking down the postures. We will focus on the three main pillars of this practice: Dristi, Bandha and Ujjayi breathing. We’ll prepare the practice for the Mysore Style in which the practitioner can practice the sequence by himself and get personal adjustment from the teacher.

Über Jeo Varghese:
I was living, studying and teaching yoga in a meditation based yoga ashram in Kerala, India, which is situated in the tropical nature for almost 2 years. The ashram life helped me to understand and practice yoga in a deeper level for my personal life and to adapt a yogic life.
I’ve a total experience of 4 years in teaching in Yoga Teacher Training Centres and conducting retreats and workshops in different asian countries as well as in Italy, where I am currently living and where we’re building up a sustainable yoga guest house for practicing and living in a yogic tradition.

As a teacher I offer Hatha yoga practices and kriyas, Ashtanga vinyasa, guided pranayama and meditation as well as the theory part of it, yoga nidra and yoga philosophy.

My Certifications:
Certified 500 hours YTTC (Alliance International) Santhi yoga international, Kerala. Certified by Prana Vashya yoga shala, Mysore / Ashtanga Sadhana, Mysore / Ashtanga Yogatantra Research School, Mysore / thai traditional massage therapist / Pranic healing advanced level (Kerala pranic healers association)
